SOL 2000

Mod. SOL 2000 comes from the requirements of the metal industry and is projected in order to collect every type of material maintaining the vacuum efficiency constant in the time. SOL 2000 is able to recover solid, oil and liquids: 2000 watt, 60 liters container and external manual filtershaker.

The industrial vacuum is powered by 2 x 1.000 Watt by pass, self cooling motors. The motors can work independently from each other by means of the on/off switches. Air speed created by the vacuum is inversely proportional to the filter surface, therefore the larger is the filter surface, the more effective is the filtration. That is why the machine is fitted with a polyester filter bag with a surface of 19.500 cm² . The sucked material is collected into a 60 litres container in painted steel on wheels. The machine frame is made of heavy duty tubular steel to ensure robustness and a longer lifetime. A basket tool is attached to the frame in the front. Its manoeuvrability is ensured by 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel ones with brakes, all of them have a diameter of 150 mm.
